Lookup values for Activity Code should only be added after consultation with Softdrill NL.  

 

The individual fields require a specific format and any inconsistency may cause malfunctioning of WellRep and/or incorrect database analysis and reporting.  This applies especially to code groups 100-199 (Progress), 200-299 (Circulating), 300-399 (Reaming) and 400-499 (Tripping) which are used to calculate BHA hours, date-time in/out and depth in/out.

 

If it does become required to add a record, the Code field should have a non-existent value that falls within the Group (i.e. 100-199 for Progress, 200-299 for Circulating, etc.).  The Group field value should be exactly the same as all other records within that group (i.e. ‘100 – Progress’ and not ‘100 – progress’).  The Description field should always be in the format of a three digit code, a hyphen between spaces and a description (i.e. ‘100 – Drilling’).
